Thinks and acts like a leader, similar to El Sol Strategic Consultants' management and clients' Vision, Values and Goals Follow ESSC’s policies and good practices Contribute to the growth of the company through role ownership and accountability Core Responsibilities Campaign Ideation to Execution Understanding the needs of the brand Setting realistic goals for the campaign Ideation to Execution of the campaign with credible Creators Identify impactful, innovative campaigns to stay ahead of trends Monitor data and ROI Looking at Data and consumer insights parallely Create quarterly roadmaps Execute the approved roadmaps Trend forecasting Event Reports Brand Development & Client Retention Ensure 100% client retention Track new/upcoming SME, Creators, etc Meet Talent Agencies once a month Develop and foster relationships with brands and 3rd parties on behalf of ESSC Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps in line with client business goals Leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities Liaise with PR team to create cross-channel strategies Data tracking Negotiations Timely Invoicing & Payouts to be maintained Contracts to be signed & all other paperwork to be maintained Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries Demarcate lists based on Gen-Z, Gen-Alpha(if needed), Buzz, Brand Building, Sales Maintain a resource bank of Talent Agencies. Stylist & like Build relationships to secure better rates Maintain weekly/daily database of new influencers Research & Analysis Commission and undertake market research Research new business proposals and present to potential clients Analyze industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies Team Contribution Motivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environment Maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed Ensure proper documentation across all initiatives Location: Mumbai/Delhi In-Office, Full-Time role
