Marketing & Brand Head Mumbai | Full-time | On-site About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven *Marketing & Brand Head* to lead the overall marketing strategy and brand building for our growing company. This is a leadership role that combines creative thinking with performance marketing, responsible for driving growth across all channels – website, marketplaces, and quick commerce. As the face of our marketing function, you'll guide a team of channel owners, shape our brand voice, conceptualize high-impact campaigns, and ensure consistent execution to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership •⁠ ⁠Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals •⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channels •⁠ ⁠Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpoints Sales & Promotions Planning •⁠ ⁠Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platforms •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignment •⁠ ⁠Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROI Social Media & Content Marketing •⁠ ⁠Oversee social media strategy and content direction •⁠ ⁠Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives •⁠ ⁠Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performance Campaigns & Brand Initiatives •⁠ ⁠Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR) •⁠ ⁠Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and sales Events, Collaborations & Merchandise •⁠ ⁠Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiatives •⁠ ⁠Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategies Analytics & Insights •⁠ ⁠Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROI •⁠ ⁠Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadership •⁠ ⁠Drive decision-making through data and market insights What We're Looking For: ✔ Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital & Content Marketing ✔ Strong expertise in Brand Management and Social Media ✔ Data-driven mindset with skills in Market Research & Analysis ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities ✔ Proficiency with marketing tools and performance analytics ✔ Prior experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus ✔ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field If you're excited to take ownership of a high-impact marketing function and build a bold, consumer-loved brand — apply now or reach out directly!
