Purpose of this position to develop a best-in-class digital Marketing strategy to seize growth opportunities, seamlessly integrate the online and offline channels – incl. Dealers – into a comprehensive Marketing framework pan India, as well as develop and establish a consistent and highly-appealing digital environment and experience for customers and prospects. Key Responsibilities & Tasks: Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to significantly enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition pan India. Strategically align and influence all relevant stakeholders to design a coherent and seamless 360º (offline and online) consumer journey, substantially boosting conquest & loyalty. Oversee and establish consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints, prioritizing key touchpoints to provide an exceptional customer experience. Strategically allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize performance and ROI. Identify, aggregate and promote local requirements to Porsche regional office to ensure smooth and successful implementation of global & regional initiatives in India. Map and optimize the digital customer journey, conceptualizing tailored strategies Digital Campaign Management and Paid Media Lead and oversee digital agencies and campaigns from planning and execution to analysis and optimization incl. creative briefs for highly effective assets. Drive continuous improvement and paid media performance to maximize ROI. Develop, implement and optimize automated lead generation/nurturing campaigns. Social Media & Website Management: Lead and enhance social media performance with innovative and engaging content. Oversee Online Reputation Management, developing and implementing mitigation plans by monitoring online mentions and reviews. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and policies. Manage and enhance Porsche India/retailer pages and social media handles. Optimize lead generation forms to minimize drop offs across the customer journey. Reporting & Analysis: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish high quality live dashboards of digital marketing performance/campaigns, deriving and aligning actions to continuously improve KPI track records. Continuously monitor, analyze and steer KPIs and online channels pan India and across retailers. Propose tools/measures to enhance digital performance. Support the Marketing/Sales Manager with budgeting and success evaluation. Monitor competitive landscape, identifying trends and leveraging insights for strategic advantage. Dealership Steering: Lead and steer all digital Marketing activities incl. paid media of retailers using best practices, templates and guidelines to maximize lead generation, lead conversion and sales. Escalate and enforce requirements to retailer management to ensure the use of relevant systems and tools to track and enhance performance. Convince retailers to implement Porsche India requirements on local level. Develop and implement training and development plans for marketing staff, ensuring continuous professional growth and alignment with strategic goals.
