Job Description Job Title: Head of Marketing Reporting To: Group CEO Job Location: Mumbai Job Summary The Head of Marketing will lead brand, product, and growth marketing across SwanSat Group’s three business verticals — KhetPe (AgTech), BhoomiSure (InsurTech), and SwanSat (Satellite Services) . This role owns positioning, demand generation, performance marketing, and communications for B2C (farmers), B2B (enterprise), and B2G (government) audiences. The leader will drive measurable acquisition, retention, and trust, ensuring that all marketing is data-driven, impactful, and compliant with sector regulations . Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements Experience: 12+ years in marketing, with at least 5+ years leading marketing/growth in tech-led, multi-vertical environments. Proven track record of scaling platforms/apps , executing multi-channel campaigns, and managing large budgets. Experience in rural outreach and government/enterprise marketing preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across B2C, B2B, and B2G, aligned with business goals and revenue targets. Own brand architecture, positioning, and messaging for SwanSat Group and each vertical; maintain cohesive guidelines and narrative. Lead full-funnel growth : performance marketing, SEO/ASO, referral, partnerships; manage CAC, LTV, and ROAS. Drive product marketing : ICP definition, segmentation, value propositions, pricing/packaging inputs, launches, and GTM strategy. Build demand generation & field marketing : campaigns, events, webinars, partner marketing, and regional activations. Establish a multilingual content engine for farmer education, case studies, thought leadership, PR, social media, and YouTube. Set up marketing analytics & attribution : dashboards, funnels, and experimentation frameworks to improve conversion. Manage budgets, agencies, and vendors , ensuring ROI, on-time delivery, and brand consistency. Ensure regulatory-compliant communications (e.g., IRDAI guidelines for insurance), adherence to tender norms, and data privacy standards. Collaborate with Sales by providing collateral, proposals, case studies, and competitive intelligence ; run CRM and lifecycle programs for retention and NPS. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team , fostering a results-driven and learning-oriented culture. Core Skills: Full-funnel strategy across product marketing, brand/comms, performance/growth, content, PR, partner, and field marketing. Strong analytics orientation; command of CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, and funnel optimization . CRM/lifecycle automation, segmentation, SEO/ASO expertise. Leadership Competencies: Excellent stakeholder management with Sales, Product, Policy/Compliance, and Business Heads . High EQ, team-building, and coaching capabilities; crisp storytelling and executive communication . Fast, data-driven decision-making with a bias for execution. Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with AgTech, InsurTech, and Satellite/Geospatial sectors . Understanding of IRDAI advertising guidelines, public-sector tender frameworks, and enterprise procurement . Knowledge of farmer ecosystems, FPOs, and agri value chains .
