Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and onboarding to execution and reporting, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators. Plan and execute influencer campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives, product launches, and seasonal events. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers. Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency. Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed reports on effectiveness. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and new content opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Social Media, and E-commerce) to maximize campaign impact. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Creative mindset with an eye for trending content and storytelling. Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with influencer marketing tools is a plus.
