Job Description:

Years of experience: 8-10+ years of experience required in the relevant field. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for the growth and positioning of the brand Ileseum as a private and lifestyle club. Leading comprehensive Marketing and Sales (GTM) activities for the launch of new clubs. This includes branding, member acquisition campaigns, and influencer partnerships. Conceptualize and design the IP events including sponsor artist association and brand activation campaigns for post-event marketing. Formulate a marketing-revenue alignment strategy working with the sales team incentivizing with monthly sales targets to control the lead to sales conversion and return on investment. Building new acquisition channels for brand alliances, influencer marketing, referral’s and high-end partnerships. Oversee agency and internal marketing operations without micromanaging execution by using dashboard-based governance, SLA tracking, and structured weekly reviews. Segment communications, tailor outreach, and enhance campaign results by utilizing CRM, member insights, and performance data. To increase brand loyalty and establish thought leadership, actively represent Ileseum in media, industry forums, and ecosystem collaborations.
