We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan ( We are looking for someone who would be our brand custodian / manager, has strong communication skills that drive creativity and content distribution. Your work will be multidisciplinary as social media, for us sits at the crux of product, marketing, customer service and growth. Customer empathy is an integral part of this role which will necessitate you to navigate through user’s' demands, concerns and praises. And last but not least, it will require you to establish and build a continued connection between our brand and our users. As a Social Media Manager, you will work alongside all teams (growth, product, content, technology and also our founders) to reach our brand's goals. From creating periodic editorial calendars, using marketing to deliver our brand's message, you will be the link between our business and our users - current and prospective. You will determine the initiatives that work the best and amplify those to continue our growth. We are looking for someone who ensures a great outcome, wherein the social media presence will be measured based on agility and continuous data analysis; both quantitative and qualitative. Expected Responsibilities: Contribute to our marketing strategy by leveraging social media to acquire and retain customers Develops and executes the plans to grow market share by developing social media marketing programs across all products Maintain research databases by identifying and assembling marketing information Develop current and long-term market forecasts via research, analysis of market data Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources Manage the social media budget by analyzing variances and taking corrective actions Measure everything on social media, with data including consumer insights, feedback, questions, comments, concerns and much more; channel them back to product teams and complete the loop that builds what the customers want Ensure you are driving the mechanism to capture social media communication and that can be translated into product improvements Working alongside marketing with product & business owners to ensure continuous customer connect via web presence Expected Skills: 2-4 Years experience in a similar role with a consumer facing organisation or B2C startup. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related field from premier institute, and being agile w.r.t the ever changing social media landscape Past and latest experience with a financial services company will be awesome. Banking, financial services, or payment companies are super! Digitally and social media savvy and aware about the global and India FinTech trends. It will be amazing if you are connected with key influencers! Proficient in all relevant social media tools Fluent in English communication, confident, articulate, and self-motivated Creativity to lead campaigns, define target audiences and knowledge of consumer behavior It would be great if you could send across examples of any collaboration/content/social media related work from past Excellent writing and editing skills will help us drive the end to end customer communication journey!
