ROLE: We are looking for a Multi-axis CNC/CAM Programming specialist to write,develop and optimize CNC programs on SLIDING HEAD precision machines using CAM software.Tolerances Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced New Product Development (NPD) CAM Programmer with a strong background in multi-axis precision machining and advanced CAM programming. The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ years of experience in programming complex precision components across multiple industries and must be capable of handling challenging geometries, micron-level tolerances, and multi-axis strategies.Key Result AreasResponsible for New Product development & Process planning for Precision Components for Medical Devices,Aerospace, engine, Defense etc.Lead CAM programming, Create and validate complex tool path for:for new product introductions from concept to production.Develop machining strategies for complex components involving Multi-axis machining centers and multi-axis turn-mill platforms.In-house Trial and Prove out and Cycle time calculation. Optimize the program and cycle time calculation. Tools-Fixtures Planning and Follow up for all the operations for new products or any improvements projectsOptimize cycle times while maintaining tight tolerances (≤ ±5 microns where applicable).Incumbent profile:Proficient in multi-axis machining strategies, toolpath generation, and real-time machine simulation to ensure precision and defect-free operations.Experience in programming and machining complex components on Star/Tsugami/Citizen/Tornos/Mazak Multi-axes machines.Knowledge of optimized machining processes.Queries:Anoop Sinha, PROFILE HR CONSULTANTS PVT LTDCell-9773520069
