This role is responsible for translating creative concepts into structured production plans and ensuring seamless execution across all stages — from pre-production to final delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong production expertise, financial discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced agency or content studio environment.Key Responsibilities: 1. Pre-Production Planning Collaborate with creative, account management, and client teams to understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Break down scripts, briefs, and concepts into detailed production requirements including crew, equipment, locations, and post-production needs. Prepare comprehensive production budgets and schedules aligned with client expectations. Source and onboard directors, DOPs, stylists, production designers, and key crew members. Oversee casting, location scouting, permissions, and logistics planning. Lead pre-production meetings (PPMs) to ensure alignment across creative and operational teams.2. Production Management Oversee end-to-end shoot execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and approved plans. Manage on-ground operations including crew, vendors, talent, and logistics. Ensure smooth coordination between all departments during shoots. Troubleshoot production challenges proactively, minimizing disruptions. Maintain clear communication across internal teams and clients during execution. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company policies.3. Budgeting & Financial Management Develop, track, and manage project budgets from estimation to closure. Negotiate with vendors, crew, and partners to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. Monitor expenses, manage approvals, and ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation.4. Vendor & Resource Management Build and maintain relationships with production houses, equipment vendors, studios, and freelancers. Coordinate equipment rentals, logistics, travel, and on-ground arrangements. Maintain a reliable database of vendors and crew for ongoing and future projects.5. Post-Production Coordination Coordinate with editors, post-production teams, and external partners to ensure timely delivery. Manage timelines, feedback cycles, and versioning across stakeholders. Ensure proper organization, storage, and archival of project assets and footage.6. Client & Internal Collaboration Act as the key operational point of contact between clients, agency teams, and production crews. Participate in client discussions related to production planning and execution. Provide regular updates on timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure project alignment.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Advertising, or a related field (preferred). 3-4 years of experience as a Production Manager or Junior Line Producer in an agency, production house, or content studio. Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows across film, digital, and content formats. Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and managing complex shoots. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Strong vendor negotiation and crew management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and production/project management tools. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Background Experience working in an advertising agency, digital content studio, or production house. Exposure to branded content, digital campaigns, commercials, or integrated productions. Familiarity with fast-turnaround digital and social content workflows.
