Video Production Manager

We are looking for a great storyteller who can effectively transform ideas into a final video or a film. He or she will lead initiatives to generate visibility for Yatra Films. He or She should be focused on getting the desired quality output and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.Responsibilities : Taking briefs from clients, regular follow-ups related to existing and upcoming projects, solving client problems, and maintaining a good business relationship with them Effectively Lead the Inhouse Team and vendors Promoting Yatra Films services on social media platforms Research and Connect with different artists and influencers Be updated about the different styles of films & videos and pitch ideas to potential and existing clients based on their needs. Ability to create pitch decks and communicate ideas Think critically when planning to ensure project successQualifications : Knowledge of the process of Editing and Animation is a must. Have a knack of storytelling Creative, Focused, Detail Oriented, Creative and goal-oriented Have a strong understanding of Video, Art & Films Ability to have strong research skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good Leadership skills Good Presentation skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies 5 years prior industry-related business development experience Knowledge of Adobe Suits or any similar software is an added advantage.
