We are committed to building meaningful careers and place the highest priority on the well-being of our team.Role OverviewRole Name: TPM ManagerReporting to: AGM-Manufacturing OperationsKey Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party manufacturers to meet production requirements. - Identify and evaluate suitable third-party manufacturing units. - Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. - Perform commercial feasibility assessments for third-party manufacturers. - Collaborate with internal teams (In-house manufacturing, marketing, quality assurance and R&D) to coordinate production activities. - Ensure consistent product supply and build monitoring systems for a 100% fill rate. - Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize production costs. - Develop and execute an outsourcing strategy for optimal transportation and logistics. - Build and maintain a resilient supply chain model to prevent disruptions. - Develop and utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve third-party manufacturers.Key Qualifications:- Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology - Preferably in Packaged food industry handled both Dairy and Non-Dairy products.
