Project Manager – ElectricalPay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Deonar, MumbaiRole & Responsibilities:• Plan, execute, and oversee electrical projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams – design, production, quality, and procurement – to ensure smooth project execution.• Review and approve electrical schematic diagrams, layouts, and component specifications prepared by the engineering team.• Lead design verification, testing, and commissioning activities; ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.• Manage service and maintenance activities for installed systems and machines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.• Coordinate with clients for technical discussions, project updates, site visits, and issue resolution.• Prepare and review project documentation, including test reports, manuals, inspection protocols, and project status reports.• Ensure adherence to project budgets, resource allocation, and timely material procurement.• Train and mentor project engineers, service engineers, and technicians.• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and industry best practices in electrical and power electronics systems.Basic Qualification and Experience:• Bachelor’s (or above) degree in Electrical Engineering (CGPA > 7 preferred).• 5–10 years of experience in electrical project execution, mandatorily in power electronics.• Experience in electrical design, testing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.• Strong exposure to project scheduling, cost control, and client coordination.Skills Required• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power electronics, and industrial control systems.• Proficient in project planning, documentation, and team management.• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
