Production Supervisor (in SaudiArabia)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading welding electrode manufacturing company in SaudiArabia. We are looking for talented individuals to join our client's growing requirements in the production department.Location: Dammam, SaudiArabia (On-site)Position: Production Manager in Welding / Fabrication FactoryRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor situated in SaudiArabia. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, ensure compliance with production plans, and maintain efficient workflow. Responsibilities also include supervising production staff, ensuring quality control, optimising resource utilisation, and coordinating with other departments to achieve production targets.Responsibilities:- Production Planning & Control: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. - Operations Management: Lead the factory's end-to-end operations, ensuring processes are optimized for timely and cost-effective delivery. - Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards across production lines by implementing and monitoring quality control processes. - Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor production teams, supervisors, and factory staff to enhance productivity and ensure adherence to safety standards. - Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure raw materials are available and production is aligned with market demand. - Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for operational improvements and implement changes that enhance production efficiency and reduce wastage. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards. - Budget Management: Work with senior management to plan and control budgets, optimize costs, and monitor financial performance. - Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, key metrics, and improvements to upper management.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in the welding electrode manufacturing, metal fabrication, relevant fields, with a strong background in managing large-scale production and factory operations. Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Technical Skills: Expertise in production planning, process optimisation, inventory management, and quality control. Proficient in the use of production software and ERP systems.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities with a track record of leading large teams.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex production issues and implement efficient solutions.Compliance Knowledge: Good understanding of industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.How to Apply: Submit your resume and supporting documents to jobs@.
