Production Merchandiser

Position: Production Merchandiser Location: Factory – Dohole, Padgha Experience: 7–8 years Industry: Home Textiles (Experience Required) We are looking for a results-driven Production Merchandiser with strong home textile export experience to join our dynamic team at Insignian Home. This role involves overseeing the complete production process – from order confirmation to shipment – ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution. Prepare and manage detailed Time & Action (T&A) plans to meet delivery timelines. Oversee fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, stitching, and finishing activities. Ensure packaging, trims, and quality approvals are completed on schedule. Track production status, identify delays, and implement corrective actions. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and quality teams to maintain high standards. Provide timely production reports and updates to management and merchandising teams. Candidate Profile: 7–8 years of experience in Home Textile Exports (Bedlinen, Towels, Made-ups, etc.) Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and costing. Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Willing to work full-time from Padgha Factory (Dohole) location.
