Production Merchandiser - Apparel

Role: Responsibilities – 1. Production planning and development: Planning of whole production process, flow, time and action plan. 2. Co-ordination - Real time co-ordination with pattern makers and tailors; developing Size charts, Grading and Tech Pack. 3. Quality Control - Managing QA-QC process at factory ensuring highest quality product is shipped to customers. 4. Procurement and Sourcing - Textile Sourcing; Vendor Development and management. 5. Sample Development - Taking lead on Sample creations; Plan delivery of fabric, trims, labels and other packaging material for production 6. Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer 7. Responsible for analysis quality reports and prepare improvement plan. Ensuring the right quality of the outward garment by conducting quality audits in manufacturing process. Candidate requirements - Should have Fashion/Merchandising/Design background and should hold a Degree in the same field from a reputed Institute. Should possess good knowledge of Sourcing / Fabric /Merchandising knowledge. Proficient in MS-Excel; google sheets. Minimum experience 3-5 years and should have worked in Export/Retail companies. Great communications skills Should be a go-getter with high level of persistence Preference shall be given to those having an E-Commerce background
