This role works closely with internal departments and external legal counsel to ensure that all agreements, business operations, and processes are legally compliant and aligned with organizational risk standards. The Senior Legal Executive will proactively identify legal risks, ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts and licenses, and maintain accurate legal documentation and MIS. By strengthening legal governance and supporting business functions, this role contributes to safeguarding the company’s interests and ensuring smooth project and operational execution.Experience 5+ years of relevant experience in the Legal domain, preferably in EPC / Infrastructure / Corporate environment.Minimum QualificationsAcademic degree of LLB (Mandatory)LLM preferredKey ResponsibilitiesDrafting and vetting of legal agreements including contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other commercial documents to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.Ensure timely renewal and execution of contracts, agreements, and legal documents in coordination with internal stakeholders.Maintain and manage a comprehensive MIS of all legal documents, licenses, and agreements for easy tracking and audit readiness.Coordinate with external legal advisors, advocates, and law firms for litigation and non-litigation matters.Represent and support the company in legal proceedings before courts and statutory authorities, as required.Manage application, renewal, amendment, and closure of statutory licenses and registrations.Provide legal guidance to internal teams including HR, Procurement, and Projects to ensure compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.Review legal risks in contracts and proactively highlight concerns prior to execution.Maintain proper documentation and records to support internal and external audits.Ensure timely submission of legal filings, responses, and compliance-related documentation.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at with the subject line 'Senior Legal Executive'.
