The Patent Specialist will be responsible for drafting and preparing patent applications, ensuring compliance with patent law, managing patent prosecution processes, and conducting patentability assessments. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to provide expert insights into intellectual property matters.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Patent Applications and Patent PreparationUnderstanding of Patent Law and expertise in Patent ProsecutionAbility to conduct thorough Patentability assessments and analysisExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailBachelor's or advanced degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Law, or IP ManagementEffective communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and clientsPrior experience in intellectual property or a similar role is an advantage
