With a strong presence across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, ZingHR enables organizations to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive digital transformation.Experience: 7 - 10 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist / Legal Manager to manage the complete contract lifecycle, ensure legal compliance, and support business teams with effective legal solutions. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations across multiple regions, with a strong focus on HRMS/SaaS environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of agreements.Conduct operational due diligence for prospective and existing clients, ensuring all legal requirements are fulfilled.Perform contract redlining and negotiations for various agreements such as:Master Service Agreements (MSA)SaaS AgreementsEnd User License Agreements (EULA)Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)Service AgreementsData Processing Agreements (DPA)Software License AgreementsRFP documentsEnsure all commercially agreed terms are adhered to and aligned with legal standards.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.Draft and respond to legal notices and communications.Support internal policy management, including drafting, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures annually.Assist in legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.Contribute to audit and compliance processes, including internal checks and MIS reporting.Provide practical legal advice to internal teams on contractual obligations and compliance.Recommend innovative and effective legal solutions to meet business requirements while minimizing risk.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial agreementsProven experience in SaaS contracts, preferably within an HRMS platformExcellent negotiation and drafting skillsStrong analytical and risk assessment abilitiesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and geographiesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsQualifications:LLB / LLM from a recognized universityRelevant experience in contract management or corporate legal rolePreferred Experience:Experience working in HRMS platforms or HR Tech companiesExposure to international contracts and cross-border regulationsPrior experience supporting sales/business teams in SaaS environments
