The responsibilities of a legal advisor include drafting legal documents, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.To be successful as a legal advisor, you should possess excellent analytical, research and writing skills, the ability to make good judgments, and be able to work well within a team. Ultimately, a top-notch legal advisor should have strong communication skills, be able to manage a large workload with a tight deadline, and remain up-to-date with laws.Rolls & Responsibilities: Prepare reports for senior management on legal activities and issuesFiling the revised agreement for saleStructure, draft and review reports and other legal documents (e.g. deeds)Educate employees on legal matters and compliance issuesEvaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractorsMaintain accurate legal records and documentationContribute to the development and revision of internal policies to ensure legal complianceCoordinate with the advocate in court matter & proceedingsIdentify legal risks and propose appropriate measures to mitigate themMonitor and ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulationsknowledge of all RERA matters & compliances from the registration of project to its quarterly updatingKnowledge of re-development of society, MBMC compliance, & Society formation.Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)Minimum 7+ of work experience as a real estate/ civil lawyerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh analytical with strong attention to detailAbility to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
