Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Company Lawyer at Lawshield Technologies Private Limited. The Company Lawyer will handle day-to-day legal tasks, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance, providing legal advisory services, and managing legal documentation. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to provide legal expertise on corporate matters and develop robust legal strategies to mitigate risks. Qualifications Strong expertise in Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Regulatory ComplianceProficiency in Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating ContractsAbility to provide sound Legal Advisory services and Risk Management strategiesExcellent Legal Research and Analytical Thinking skillsOutstanding Communication, Collaboration, and Problem-Solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB is required; LLM is preferred)Previous experience in tech-enabled legal solutions, fintech, or corporate law is advantageousFamiliarity with Indian legal regulations and procedures
