Key Responsibilities:Draft and review Leave & License Agreements, Agreements for Sale, and other property-related documents.Conduct title verification, due diligence, and ensure compliance with property ownership laws.Provide legal advice on transactions, mitigate risks, and manage disputes.Ensure adherence to RERA and other real estate regulations.Liaise with internal teams and external counsel as needed.Requirements:Education: LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.Experience: 5–10 years in real estate legal matters with a developer or law firm.Skills: Proficiency in property laws, agreement drafting, title due diligence, and compliance. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
