Job Title: Legal ManagerIndustry:Waste Management / Environmental Services Location:Thane CTC:₹8 – ₹10 LPA Experience:6 – 10 Years Language:Marathi (Mandatory)Interested candidates can share CV or connect directly – Divyaa – qcprofile@ Contact Wassup Connect9137265848Job DescriptionWe are hiring aLegal Managerfor a leadingWaste Management Company , responsible for handling legal matters related to government liaising, corporate compliance, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Liaising withGovernment Authorities , Municipal Corporations, Pollution Control Boards, and related departments Drafting, reviewing, and negotiatingcontracts, agreements, tenders, MOUs, and SLAs Understanding and interpretinggovernment tenders, clauses, terms & conditions , and statutory requirements Handlinglegal notices , replies, show-cause notices, and court-related documentation Ensuring compliance withCorporate Laws , Environmental Laws, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations Managing legal documentation related towaste management operations and projects Coordinating with externallaw firms, advocates, and consultants Advising management on legal risks, disputes, and compliance matters Dealing withcorporate clientsand resolving contractual/legal issues Maintaining records of licenses, approvals, permits, and renewalsRequired Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge ofCorporate Law, Contract Law, and Regulatory Compliance Experience ingovernment liaisingand handling statutory authorities Excellentdrafting and documentationskills Ability to interpret complex legal clauses and contracts Good communication and negotiation skills Fluent inMarathi(spoken & written); Hindi & English preferredQualification: LLB / LLMfrom a recognized university Relevant experience inWaste Management, Infrastructure, EPC, Environmental Services, or Government ProjectspreferredPreferred Candidate Profile: 6–10 years of hands-on legal experience Exposure tomunicipal/government contracts Based in or willing to work fromThane Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
