Regional Legal Head

Our client, a leading #realestate developer is looking for Senior legal professionals with a PQE of 10-15 years and extensive experience in Real Estate contracts, RERA documentation and compliance, dispute resolution, title due diligence, and property acquisitions.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage all legal matters (litigation and non-litigation) for the Mumbai region• Draft, review, and manage all contracts and legal documentation• Handle RERA documentation, registration, and ongoing compliance• Provide end-to-end legal support across the project lifecycle, including dispute resolution• Conduct title due diligence and manage legal due diligence for property acquisitions and redevelopment projects, in coordination with external counsel• Review and advise on financing documents• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements and maintain related databases/MIS• Coordinate and strategize litigation matters, including pleadings, filings, and representation before relevant forums• Advise and guide internal stakeholders on legal issuesTo learn more about the opportunity, please write to stuti@
