Designation/ Role hereDesignationAM – Corporate LegalGradeLevel 1 / ManagerReporting toLead – Commercial LegalLocationHO, MumbaiFunctionRiskJob PurposeThis role requires a dynamic candidate who can contribute to all activities related to a corporate legal team.Role- Responsible for complete vetting, negotiating, and closing all vendor contracts, NDAs, service level agreements etc. - Responsible for vetting, negotiating, and closing all funding treasury contracts, such as term loans, cash credit, NCDs, etc including final sign-off before execution, - Responsible for vetting, negotiating, and closing all contracts for strategic partnerships including final sign-off before execution, - Opine on stamp duty to be payable for various contracts, - Responsible for preparation and review of various customer documents in wealth management business - Responsible for providing reply to all super escalated customer complaints including to Regulator, - Resolving all general disputes such as brand abuse, non-contractual behaviour by vendor etc. - Review and approve all marketing collaterals and customer communications as per SEBI guidelines, - Conduct research on various topics on need basisQualificationEssential – LLBPreferred – LLB plus CSExperience5-7 years past work experience dealing with contracts or working corporate legal team of organizations; NBFC / BFSI experience preferred
