Job Duties and Responsibilities:PATENT MANAGEMENT Conducts Patent and non-patent literature searches for the specified markets using different databases Collates patent information in the form of landscape reports or freedom-to-operate reports Conducts a preliminary evaluation of the patent and non-patent literature and formulation strategy for patentability Periodically monitors patents, updates report, and apprises team lead for required action Conduct searches for patent documents and non-patent literature and collates them for ascertaining patentability of invention(s) Searches relevant case laws and apprises team leadsOPERATIONAL Coordinates with the Research & Development function for periodic evaluation of projects under consideration Periodically monitors patents, updates report, updates case law, and apprises Team Lead for required action Keeps updated with the current IPR laws and Regulations of various countries
