In the future JLS intends to set new benchmarks in the industry for Planning, Design, Quality & Speed of Execution.Our focus markets are Mumbai, Goa, Indore, Nashik, Varanasi, Ayodhya, and Lucknow cities that blend India’s heritage with its emerging future.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Legal Officer role located in Mumbai.The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal expertise and support to the organization, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring legal compliance, managing contracts, and advising on property and contract law matters.The role requires analysis of legal issues, effective risk assessment, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support business activities in real estate development.Qualifications- Proficiency in Property & Business Law and a strong understanding of legal frameworks and requirements - Expertise in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation - Knowledge of Contract Law and experience in drafting and managing contracts - Extensive experience in legal practices related to real estate development is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent professional qualification - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
