Role: legal internduration is 3 monthsLocation: MumbaiJob Description1. Drafting, Reviewing & Execution of Agreements.2. Conduct legal research on relevant statutory developments, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks applicable to media and entertainment law.3. Assist with internal legal compliance, contract management and maintenance of legal databases, trackers.Requirements1. Currently pursuing a law degree (3rd Year and above for 5-year course or 2nd Year and above for 3-year LL.B.).2. Mandatory: Prior work experience or internship in the media and entertainment sector.3. Strong knowledge of contract law, copyright law, IP rights, and principles relevant to film, music, digital media, and endorsements.4. Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail, structure, and consistency.5. Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, Westlaw).6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.8. Location Requirement: Must be based in Mumbai (office-based role).
