The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a demonstrated focus on Criminal Law matters and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) litigation. The Junior Associate will assist in extensive legal research, drafting, and litigation support for matters before the Supreme Court, the Bombay High Court, and other High Courts across India. Responsibilities include preparing case briefs, petitions, affidavits, and legal opinions specifically related to criminal proceedings and IPR disputes, attending court hearings, coordinating with clients, and ensuring procedural compliance. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation under the direct mentorship of Adv.
