The role offers the opportunity to work onhigh-stakes litigationunder the direct mentorship ofAdv. Sana Raees Khan,gaining first-hand exposure to diverse and challenging legal proceedings.QUALIFICATIONSComprehensive knowledge ofIndian Law and Judicial Procedures , with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and precedents. Proficiency inLegal Drafting, Research, and Documentation , including preparation of petitions, affidavits, and pleadings. StrongAnalytical and Critical Thinking Skillsfor assessing complex legal issues and contributing to litigation strategies. ExcellentWritten and Verbal Communication Skillsfor effective client interaction and courtroom representation. Ability to perform efficiently in afast-paced, high-pressure legal environment , maintaining professionalism and ethical standards. Proficiency in English and Marathi language. Candidate applying for the post should be residing in Mumbai or in any other part of Maharashtra Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)from a recognized university; priorlitigation experienceis preferred.
