We put together a wide array of solutions that help businesses build AI products, find & retain high-value customers, improve operating efficiency & reduce risk across several industries including but not limited to Healthcare, Insurance, Media, Retail, Manufacturing, & Consumer Products & are in partnership with Google Cloud, AWS, NVIDIA, Looker, Snowflake, SAP & Tensorflow.For more details visit: are good at● Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences all across the world, etc.● Maintain and organize legal document repository ensuring all legal contracts are properly stored and easily accessible.●Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Head, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordination including travel arrangements (if any) and any other support that she may require.●Generate reports as directed by the team, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records as assigned and requested.● Managing phone calls, routine emails, and correspondence with vendors and clients within India and Internationally.● Maintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments and keep your Business Unit Head updated on any developments, and status reports related to ongoing projects/tasks and share follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams.● Work on ad hoc research projects and ensure timely completion with 100% accuracy and an eye for detail.● Should be high on integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day-to-day operations.● Organizing and servicing meetings, social gatherings, and events.● Remain up to date with the latest trends and events in the industry●Collaborate effectively with the legal team to streamline workflows and meet deadlines.●Liaise with external counsel and other stakeholders as necessary.●Assist in onboarding new team members and coordinate their training.●Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.●Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.●Assist in the preparation of minutes of meetings with the use of AI.●Coordinate and manage special projects as directed by the Legal Head.Who should apply for this role● Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).● 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferably exposure to multiple cultures and US time zones. However, freshers are welcome.● Should be comfortable working from the office and should also be open to working in the US time zone if and when necessary.● Should be a good team player.● Proficiency in Gsuite.● Immaculate written and oral communication skills with the ability to take ownership of one's work.● Process-oriented: Demonstrable commitment to following processes, documentation, etc.● Proficient at using the Internet.● Intelligent with good logical reasoning.● Proactive with a go-getter attitude.
