Associate – Litigation

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Litigation team in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting, research, and court appearances, along with strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs. Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities. Assist in strategy formulation and case preparation. Liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress. Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams for case-related support and documentation. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong drafting and legal research skills. Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures. Effective communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail with sound problem-solving ability. Preferred Candidate: Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience. Enrolled with the Bar Council. Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation preferred
