Role Summary: We are seeking a legal professional with strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial and service contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including Client Service Engagement Letters, Master Service Agreements, Service Provider Agreements, Consultancy Contracts, Joint Business Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Investment Banking Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Sub-Contracts, Loan Staffing Contracts, and Referral Agreements. Draft contracts from scratch and create/maintain standard templates. Negotiate contracts directly with clients. Manage internal stakeholder requirements related to the above contracts. Provide training to junior resources and collaborate with them on contract matters. Conduct research on relevant matters concerning the applicable laws. Handle other matters necessary to support the above scope. Key Requirements: 4–10 years PQE with an LLB degree (CS, LLM, and specialized contract law experience/courses preferred). Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management. Ability to independently draft contracts from scratch and maintain templates. Proficiency in handling client negotiations and internal stakeholder management. High analytical thinking and detail orientation. Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written). Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strategic thinking and ability to mentor junior team members.
