Legal Intern

Job Description : Legal Intern Pine Labs is seeking a legal intern preferably in their 4th or 5th year of study. The intern will support the legal team in various aspects of legal research, legal operations, contract management, and regulatory compliance. Role Purpose: Support the legal team by assisting in contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal research in the fintech and digital commerce space. Responsibilities we entrust you with: - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, customers, and partners. - Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters affecting Pine Labs' operations. - Support the legal team’s efforts related to data protection, payments regulations, and other legal requirements. What Matters in This Role: Requirements - Pursuing or completed a degree in law (LLB, LLM) in 4th or 5th year. - Prior internship or working experience preferred but not mandatory. - Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and legal research. - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
