The India team focuses on client deliverables and the development of high-performance low-code Blockchain and AI technologies. We operate from Delhi, along with certain project locations.    About the role We are looking for an experienced IBM OpenPages Developer to join at our client site Navi Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for development, customization, and support of IBM OpenPages solutions, along with mentoring and training internal team members. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving issue, hypothesis based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and implement solutions using IBM OpenPages or similar GRC platforms. Configure workflows, reporting, dashboards, and integrations within OpenPages. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement OpenPages data models, entity types, object profiles, and field groups to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain custom scripts using OpenPages Script Framework (OSF), Java APIs, and RESTful web services for advanced customizations. Perform system upgrades, patch management, and version migrations of IBM OpenPages environments with minimal business disruption. Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and reliability. Analyse and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the OpenPages platform. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, solution architecture, and operational runbooks. Work closely with risk, compliance, and audit teams to translate GRC framework requirements into OpenPages configurations. Manage OpenPages security model including role configuration, access control, and object-level security policies. Support data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, and validation between source systems and OpenPages. Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and status reporting for OpenPages implementation and enhancement projects. Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on guidance to team members. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in OpenPages development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in IBM OpenPages development and implementation. Knowledge of maintenance activities for managing IBM OpenPages. Strong understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) concepts. Experience in configuration, customization, and workflow development. Proficiency in IBM OpenPages scripting using JavaScript-based OSF (OpenPages Script Framework) and Computed Fields. Experience with IBM OpenPages REST API and web services for system integration and automation. Knowledge of IT risk management frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, NIST, or similar regulatory standards. Understanding of OpenPages reporting tools including FastMap, reporting framework, and IBM Cognos Analytics. Ability to configure and manage OpenPages MRG (Multi-Resource Group) and Aurora UI components. Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and ability to write complex SQL queries for reporting and data analysis. Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and waterfall project delivery frameworks. Basic understanding of Java or Python for extending OpenPages functionality through custom API integrations. Experience with version control tools such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex GRC environments. Good communication skills and ability to mentor team members. Good to Have: Certification in IBM OpenPages Experience in integration with other enterprise systems  What SettleMint India has to offer  At SettleMint India, we operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment where innovation is constant and so is growth.
