IT Infrastructure & Automation Engineer with GenAI .Experience: [4 to 6 ] yearsRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure & Automation Engineer with GenAI expertise to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for IT operations and cloud environments. This role combines strong infrastructure knowledge with advanced automation and GenAI-driven development.Key Responsibilities:· Design and implement automation solutions for IT infrastructure and cloud platforms.· Develop scripts and automation tools using Python (OOPs), PowerShell, and Shell scripting.· Build web-based automation dashboards and tools using Flask, Django, and FastAPI frameworks.· Integrate Generative AI capabilities into automation workflows for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent decision-making.· Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for contextual automation and knowledge retrieval using vector databases.· Implement AI Agents for dynamic task orchestration and workflow automation.· Create and manage Ansible playbooks and YAML configurations for infrastructure orchestration.· Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins for automated deployments.· Collaborate with cloud teams to automate provisioning and monitoring in AWS/Azure/GCP environments.· Perform SQL development tasks including writing queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database operations for automation workflows.· Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of automation solutions.Required Skills & Expertise:Infrastructure & Automation:· Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS, including basic Linux commands for administration and troubleshooting.· Proficiency in Python with strong OOPs concepts.· Development experience with Flask, Django, and FastAPI for web-based automation tools.· Scripting expertise in PowerShell and Shell scripting for system automation.· Hands-on experience with Ansible, YAML, and infrastructure automation.· Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and automation in cloud environments.· Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins.· SQL development skills: writing queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.· Understanding of containers (Docker/Kubernetes) for deployment and scalability.Generative AI & Advanced Automation:· Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in IT automation.· Hands-on experience with at least one GenAI framework such as LangChain, Lamaindex.· Ability to design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for semantic search and contextual responses.· Knowledge of AI Agents frameworks (LangChain Agents, AutoGPT, CrewAI) for dynamic task execution.· Familiarity with prompt engineering, using REST APIs for AI services.
