This role coordinates technical specialists to successfully deliver ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, manages timelines and deliverables, and ensures customers pass audits with confidence.This is a senior, hands-on delivery leadership role focused on project excellence, customer trust, and people management rather than deep technical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Project DeliveryOwn customer compliance projects from kick-off through successful certificationLead discovery and kick-off workshops to understand customer context and constraintsManage timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectationsCoordinate Serious Control Experts delivering technical compliance workPrepare customers for Stage 2 (ISO 27001) and Type 1 / Type 2 (SOC 2) auditsAct as the primary escalation point throughout the engagementCustomer Relationship OwnershipServe as the trusted advisor for customers across their compliance journeyManage scope, change requests, extensions, and commercial discussionsNavigate stakeholder dynamics within customer organizationsMaintain strong relationships beyond certification into ongoing engagementsPeople & Team ManagementLine manage Serious Control Experts across multiple concurrent projectsAllocate work effectively based on capacity and project priorityCoach, mentor, and develop team membersEnsure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction across all deliveriesISMS & Audit CoordinationOversee the setup and operation of customer Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)Lead gap analysis and process workshopsCoordinate policy, procedure, and control developmentManage relationships with external auditors and certification bodiesBusiness & Leadership ContributionProvide input into pricing, scoping, and capacity planningContribute to improving and scaling delivery processesSupport hiring and development of future Delivery Managers and Control ExpertsParticipate in leadership discussions shaping business growthRequired QualificationsHands-on experience running ISO 27001 implementations end-to-endPractical experience delivering SOC 2 (Type 1 & Type 2) engagements3+ years in customer-facing delivery or consulting rolesStrong project management skills with complex stakeholder environmentsPrior people management or mentoring experienceExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsComfortable managing distributed teams across time zonesExperience working with startups, scale-ups, or small businessesPreferred Skills / Nice to HaveExperience scaling delivery teams in consulting environmentsExposure to managing technical specialistsConfidence handling difficult customer conversationsCISSP, CISA, or similar certifications (experience preferred over credentials)Strong real-world understanding of information security practicesWork ScheduleShifts: Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm UK time) / 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM ISTCompensation & BenifitsSalary: Yearly INR 28,00,000 to INR 35,00,000
