We are seeking an experienced Database Lead to design, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade database systems. The role requires strong expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud-based database environments (AWS/Azure).Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of database administrators.Design, implement, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.Drive performance tuning, conduct code reviews, and implement system enhancements.Oversee database upgrades, migrations, and backup strategies.Collaborate with technology and architecture teams to ensure database governance, compliance, and risk control.Champion open-source database migration initiatives.Technical Skills: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS/Azure, Linux, Scripting, Automation Tools, Database Security.Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or IT.
