DGM - IT (SAP+Google)

Job Purpose :As the DGM, Technology you will be at the center of supporting the stakeholders and C-Suit for taking data based decisions and driving productivity automations using Google Workspace. Work from taking the multiple digital projects from wireframe to MVP and launch stages. You will be challenged in an agile environment to create unique IT solutions using a strong problem-solving mindset to analyze usage patterns to identify features and build internal and external customer-centricity in application designs.Location: HO @ Govandi, MumbaiWorking Days: 5 Days WFO with 1st, 3rd & 5th SaturdaysKey Accountabilities:Major Activities/ TasksWork with operations, finance, sales and marketing, and strategy teams to create and execute technology implementationsWork with technology partner(s) to drive end to end digital products management, including ongoing developmentsSynthesize the stakeholder’s voice and incorporate in the roadmap for future developmentsBe an independent SME on productivity tools and data engineering Be the expert on core Google workspace elements, Google app script, Forms, Sites. Looker Studio training and adoption and analytics development. Owning all aspects of development and functioning of the solutionsGovern the overall technology and data architecture and manage changes to the architecture in line with business needs and emerging technology trendsEnsure adherence to data security & privacy regulations & any other rules related to platform architectureOwn the technology product/project metrics (load times, crashes, latency etc.) to ensure smooth user experienceEnsure on time delivery of tech solutions for user deployment, guide partner on technologyWork Relations (Internal and External)Internal RelationsReport to Head- Information TechnologyLeading team to meet operations requirementCross-functional teams in the parent entityExternal RelationsLiaising with product/project management technology partnersACHIEVEMENT PROFILEEducation Qualifications / BackgroundEssential:BSc/BCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in pharmaceutical domain is a plusRelevant and Total Years of Experience 10+ years of experience in relevant IT role/sExperience in leading tech development teamsExperience in agile development approachesGoogle Workspace admin and developer skillsIT projects and program management skillsVery strong stakeholders management and concept selling skillsExperience in enterprise application management like SAP S4HANA, Salesforce, Oracle productsTechnical/Functional ExpertiseWork with the service provider(s) to ensure adherence to SLAsGood knowledge of data analysis tools like Looker studio, SQL, Python, Tableau etc.Strong communication skillsBehavioral CompetenciesGood interpersonal & coordination skills, esp. in building effective working relationshipsStrong drive and ability to take initiativeA track record of delivering results and staying resilient in challenging situationsPersonality Entrepreneurial and hustler attitudeA track record of delivering results and staying resilient in challenging situationsAbility to drive the profitability of products across a set timeline
