The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing ServiceNow applications and solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly. This individual will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.Location : INDIA / Philippines (Remote)Experience: 6+ yearsType : Contract, 12 months, extendableShift - 6.30 am to 3.30 PM IST (Remote)Required Skills and Qualifications:· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Tester or in a similar quality assurance/testing role.· Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.).· Experience in writing and executing test cases and scripts for ServiceNow applications.· Familiarity with ServiceNow development and configuration (Scripting, Business Rules, Workflows, etc.).· Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices (manual and automated testing).· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.· Familiarity with ServiceNow test management tools such as ATF (Automated Test Framework) is a plus.· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.· Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.· Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow modules.· Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.· Test ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations with other systems.· Document and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.· Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across various ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog, etc.).· Provide detailed test reports, including test execution results, defect logs, and testing status updates.· Support end-user testing and training as needed.· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and best practices.· Ensure compliance with the organization’s testing standards and procedures.Preferred Qualifications:· ServiceNow Certified Application Tester (CSA) certification.· Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or UFT.· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.· Knowledge of SQL and database testing.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
