Senior Oracle DBA | Mumbai | WFO | Banking DomainJob DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned L3 Oracle Database Administrator with 8–10 years of experience to manage mission-critical production databases within a high-pressure Banking/BFS environment. You will be the technical point of contact for high-availability setups, performance optimization, and complex troubleshooting. Key Technical Stack: Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN, Exadata, OEM, Shell Scripting. Roles & ResponsibilitiesHigh Availability: Expert-level administration of Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard (Physical/Logical) to ensure 24/7 uptime.Performance Engineering: Proactive monitoring and tuning using AWR, ASH, and SQL Tuning to meet strict banking SLAs.Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end database installations, patching (PSU/CPU), upgrades, and migrations.Backup & Recovery: Architect and implement robust backup strategies using RMAN and lead regular DR drills.Operations: Handle L3-level incidents, database cloning, refreshes, and capacity planning.Collaboration: Act as a bridge between App Dev, Infrastructure, and Network teams during critical deployments.
