We're a fast-growing VoIP & Dialer company looking for a skilled VoIP Engineer to be the technical backbone of our platform.About Us:We build cloud-based VoIP and dialer solutions for call centers, BPOs, and enterprises across India and beyond.What You'll Do:- Design & maintain SIP-based VoIP infrastructure (Asterisk / FreeSWITCH)- Build and optimize predictive & progressive dialer systems- Handle SIP trunk integrations with major carriers- Implement WebRTC-based browser calling- Ensure 99.9%+ uptime and low-latency voice delivery- Troubleshoot call quality issues — jitter, packet loss, codec conflicts✅ What We're Looking For:- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or Kamailio- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, WebRTC protocols- Linux server administration skills (CentOS / Ubuntu)- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS / GCP)- Knowledge of VoIP codecs: G.711, G.729, OpusBonus Points:- WebRTC / SIP.js experience- CRM integration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)- Docker / Kubernetes exposuresalary as per market standardLocation: MumbaiApply now or DM me directly.
