Job Description:
Role PurposeServe as a cybersecurity technology advisor who can translate deep technical knowledge into compelling workshops, bootcamps, executive narratives, and field enablement. The role will help shape customer discussions, internal capability building, and market-facing thought leadership across security technologies and managed services.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a technology consultant across customer meetings, internal strategy sessions, technical workshops, and solution bootcamps.Design and deliver customer-facing workshops on cybersecurity architecture, SOC transformation, AI in security, cloud security, identity security, SASE, and managed services.Run internal and partner enablement programs including technical training, certification support, solution deep dives, and use-case-led bootcamps.Translate cybersecurity technologies into practical customer outcomes, reference architectures, adoption roadmaps, and value-led narratives.Support account teams in technical discovery, requirement shaping, solution articulation, and workshop-led demand generation.Create reusable assets such as workshop kits, presentations, technical notes, solution playbooks, and speaker-ready content.Represent the organization in webinars, partner events, customer roundtables, conferences, and other public-speaking forums.Serve as a subject matter expert for strategic bids, executive briefings, and high-impact customer engagements.Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, threat landscape shifts, and relevant AI-led innovations.Capture field and customer feedback from workshops and engagements, and channel it into product, service, and GTM improvement.Skills & Experience7–12 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, solution engineering, pre-sales, security architecture, SOC consulting, or technical advisory roles.Strong working knowledge of leading cybersecurity technologies across endpoint, network, cloud, SOC, identity, email, and managed security domains.Proven experience delivering workshops, training programs, bootcamps, or technical speaking engagements for customer and internal audiences.Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical and business stakeholders.Ability to simplify complex security topics into structured workshops, advisory sessions, and actionable recommendations.Comfort creating technical content, training material, architecture views, and field enablement collateral.Willingness to travel for workshops, customer meetings, and industry events, as required.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, Security+, or OEM certifications are desirable.Experience in enterprise security, MSSP, telecom/service provider, or cybersecurity OEM ecosystem is preferred.
