The consultant will be responsible for executing payroll testing cycles, validating payroll results, and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation. More details as below.Experience: 8+ yearsWork Location: India (Remote) Contract Period: 2 months, extendable - Potential for Permanent ConversionShift : Australia Shift - 5 am to 2 pm ISTAllocation : 20 to 40 hours per weekRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in payroll testing, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.Hands-on experience with payroll testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) and parallel payroll runs.Experience with EC–ECP replication and payroll integrations.Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Good communication and documentation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute payroll testing cycles including Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Perform parallel payroll testing and validate results against legacy systems.Identify, log, and track defects, and support resolution with functional and technical teams.Validate Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) replication and integrations.Review payroll calculations related to PAYG tax, superannuation, allowances, and statutory deductions.Maintain test documentation, test cases, and test results.Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll validationWHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
