You will play a key role in modernizing legacy systems by designing resilient APIs and enabling seamless integrations across origination, servicing, channels, and partner systems. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java Spring BootBuild integration layers connecting loan origination, servicing, channels, and legacy platforms.Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise applications.Implement event-driven workflows using Dapr and TemporalEnsure secure, high-performance data access using YugabyteDBCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutionsContribute to unit testing, code reviews, and quality assuranceSupport CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practicesImplement strangler-pattern modernization by gradually replacing legacy systemsTroubleshoot performance issues and optimize backend services Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in backend development using JavaStrong hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices architectureExperience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systemsUnderstanding of event-driven architecture & distributed systemsExperience with REST APIs and integration patternsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesKnowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience with Dapr, Temporal, or workflow orchestration toolsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Experience in financial services or lending domain Expected OutcomesDelivery of modular backend services enabling faster feature rolloutSeamless integration across internal and external systemsReduced reliance on legacy applications through modernization
