Collaborating with teams in Zurich and Singapore, you will design, maintain, and containerize our global trading platform using Azure. You’ll work in an agile environment, interacting directly with traders and stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions. While primarily backend-focused, a working knowledge of JavaScript and React is highly preferred.Key features and accountabilities People ManagementContribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment across locations. Business ManagementWork to fulfil the ambitions of the team defined by Head of CoE Software Solutions.Actively participate and support the head of the team to regularly review and improve team practices to optimise efficiency and productivity.Continuously drive and improve systems.Stakeholder ManagementEffective and progressive management of all stakeholders and users of applications supported by the team.Solicit and discuss requirements and solutions with business owners and stakeholders.Provide regular updates to key stakeholders through the various channels used by the team.Change ManagementActively participate and support Program Increment (PI) planning process within GPS.Support change management and release rollout planning.Provide dedicated post implementation support locally in Asia.Regulatory Responsibilities and Risk ManagementDemonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Design and Development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for our financial products and services.Backend DevelopmentDevelop and maintain backend services and APIs using C#.
