Founded in 1994, the company is now in its next phase of growth, driven by a digital-first, direct-to-consumer strategy.To accelerate this transformation, Ventura has built a dedicated fintech vertical focused on digital innovation, modern platforms, and data-led marketing.Join us if you like to:Build high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications from scratch.Design and implement robust APIs to integrate with internal and external systems.Translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.Work across front-end and back-end to ensure seamless user experiences.Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, Business Analysts, and DevOps.Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive financial data.Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprints, code reviews, and releases.What you’ll need to bring:2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.Front-end: Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js.Back-end: Proficiency in Python or Node.js, with experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and AWS Lambda functions.Databases: knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub and project management tools like Jira & Confluence.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge about integrations like payment gateways, back-office systems, and third-party fintech tools.Good understanding of Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and the commodity market.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clean, maintainable code.Bachelor's or Master's Degree – Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc IT / M.Sc IT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.
