## LTIMindtree Hiring ##Skill- SAP BASIS ConsultantExperience- 5 to 12 yearsLocation- PAN IndiaNotice Period- Immediate to 60 daysJD:The SAP BASIS Lead will be responsible for managing endtoend BASIS operations and leading AMS support for an SAP ECC environment This role requires handson expertise in SAP BASIS administration strong leadership skills and experience managing incident problem and change processes in a multivendor delivery model The BASIS Lead will coordinate with functional technical and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability performance and continuous service improvementKey Responsibilities1 SAP BASIS Operations AdministrationManage daytoday SAP BASIS activities for ECC BI PIPO Solution Manager and other SAP componentsPerform client copies system refreshes transports spooladmin tasks kernel upgrades and system monitoringEnsure system performance availability and capacity planningOversee SAP Job scheduling monitoring and optimization in collaboration with operations teams2 AMS Delivery SupportOwn the Incident Problem and Change Management lifecycle for BASISrelated activitiesEnsure SLAs KPIs and service quality metrics are consistently metCoordinate with AMS functional and ABAP teams for crossfunctional supportManage root cause analysis RCA for highpriority issues and recurring incidents3 System Landscape Environment ManagementManage multisystem landscapeDEV QA UAT PREPROD and PROD environmentsEnsure proper transport path management and adherence to governance processesMaintain system documentation landscape diagrams and architectural details4 Security ComplianceCollaborate with SAP Security team to ensure compliance with security standardsSupport audits SOX controls user management guidelines and vulnerability remediationsEnsure system hardening patch management and regular health checks5 Release Upgrade Migration ActivitiesPlan and lead activities such as EHP upgrades kernel updates Unicode conversions and OSDB migrationsCoordinate with hosting partners infra teams and cloud platforms if applicableSupport integration with nonSAP systems middleware and thirdparty platforms6 Leadership Stakeholder ManagementLead a team of BASIS engineers supporting 247 AMS operationsAct as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholdersProvide status updates dashboards and servicequality reportsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunitiesRequired Skills ExperienceTechnical Skills812 years of SAP BASIS experience with at least 3 years in leadmanagerial rolesStrong experience with SAP ECC 60 EHP versions OracleDB2HANA databasesHandson in SAP system installations migrations SUMDMO and support packagesProficiency in Solution Manager ChaRM Monitoring EWA and ALM processesUnderstanding of SAP Portal PIPO BI and integration landscapesExperience with OS environments LinuxUnixWindows and cloud platforms AWSAzure is a plusLeadership Management SkillsExperience managing AMS delivery teams onshoreoffshoreStrong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to handle crisis management P1P2 incident callsExperience in project planning workload distribution and vendor coordinationSkillsMandatory Skills : DB Management for SAP Systems, SAP Basis Advanced Operation, SAP Basis Core, SAP System Migrations, SAP System Setup
