Job Summary:The Regional Head – Channel Partner Network will be responsible for leading, managing, and expanding ATLAS SkillTech University’s channel partner ecosystem within the assigned region. The role focuses on strengthening existing partnerships, onboarding high-quality new partners, driving PG, and B.Tech admissions, ensuring partner engagement, and delivering enrolment targets aligned with the university’s growth strategy. The role demands strong leadership, market intelligence, and execution excellence.Key Responsibilities:• Own and drive regional admission targets for PG (MBA and other PG programs), and B.Tech programs throughthe channel partner network. • Manage and strengthen the existing network of channel partners; ensure highengagement, productivity, and long-term relationships. • Identify, onboard, and develop new high-potential channel partners across key cities and feeder markets. • Act as the primary escalation point for partners on admissions processes, eligibility, offers, scholarships, and operational issues. • Plan and execute regional partner engagement initiatives such as partner meets, training sessions, campus visits, information sessions, and roadshows. • Work closely with marketing and central admissions teams to align campaigns, lead flow, and partner enablement. • Monitor partner-wise performance, conversion ratios, pipeline health, and student quality metrics. • Ensure strict adherence to university policies, compliance norms, brand guidelines, and ethical recruitment practices. • Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing, scholarships, emerging trends, and studentpreferences. • Prepare and present regular MIS reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior leadership.Skills, Qualities, and Experience:Technical Skills• Strong understanding of higher education admissions processes ( PG, Engineering preferred). • Experience in managing large channel partner / agent networks. • Proficiency in CRM systems, admissions dashboards, and MIS reporting. • Ability to analyze data, track funnels, and drive conversions.Skills and Qualities• Strong leadership and people management capability. • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution mindset. • High ownership, target orientation, and result-driven approach. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Experience• 10–15 years of relevant experience in higher education admissions through channel partners • At least 4–6 years in a regional leadership role managing partner ecosystems. • Proven track record of delivering admission targets through channel partners. • Experience working with private universities, business schools, or engineering institutions is strongly preferred.Additional Information:• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday . • Travel: Extensive regional travel required for partner meetings, events, and institutional visits. • In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you may be assigned other duties or projects as required, depending on your expertise and the evolving needs of the university.
