Technical Account Manager (TAM) – InfrastructureYears of Expereince - 8+ YearsLocation:Role OverviewThe Technical Account Manager – Infrastructure will serve as a trusted technical advisor for Cloud4C managed services customers. The role focuses on ensuring service stability, SLA adherence, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement across infrastructure services while acting as the customer’s primary technical interface.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end technical relationship for assigned managed services accountsEnsure SLA, SLO, and KPI compliance across compute, storage, virtualization, OS, backup, and DR servicesLead Major Incident Management, RCA reviews, and service improvement plansConduct periodic Service Reviews, Capacity Planning, and Health ChecksCoordinate with L2/L3, NOC, and OEM teams for issue resolutionDrive proactive risk identification and preventive actionsSupport customer onboarding, transition, and steady-state operationsProvide technical inputs for renewals, scope expansions, and auditsTechnical SkillsWindows & Linux Administration (hands-on background)Virtualization: VMware / Nutanix / Hyper-VStorage & Backup: NetApp, Dell EMC, Veeam, Commvault (any)DR, High Availability, and Performance MonitoringITIL-based service delivery knowledgeExperience & Qualification8+ years in Infrastructure Operations / Managed Services2+ years in customer-facing or lead roleITIL certification preferred.
