Job Title: Manual Tester – Supply Chain Finance DomainExperience Required: 3–10 YearsLocation: MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual Tester with 3–10 years of experience, preferably in the Supply Chain Finance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial software solutions by executing manual testing processes, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.Key Responsibilities:- Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of supply chain finance applications. - Execute manual test cases and document results accurately. - Identify, report, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). - Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective. - Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in test environment setup and data preparation.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3–10 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the Supply Chain Finance domain. - Strong understanding of supply chain finance processes such as invoice financing, factoring, reverse factoring, and payables/receivables management. - Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, HP ALM). - Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and documentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus. - ISTQB or equivalent certification. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
